The Role:
Are you a visionary leader with a keen eye for design and a passion for creativity? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We are seeking an experienced Art Director to join our agency and lead our talented team of designers and creatives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative concepts for a wide range of projects, including advertising campaigns, branding, digital media, and more.
Work closely with copywriters, account managers, and clients to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to.
Present creative concepts and campaigns to clients, articulating the vision and rationale behind design decisions.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep our creative output fresh and relevant.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-4 years in a similar role within an agency setting.
A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring a creative team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant design tools.
A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
