Get to Know the Role We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to lead software development initiatives supporting semiconductor manufacturing and office operations. You'll work closely with QA, engineering, IT, and global teams to deliver high‐quality software solutions. This role requires a hands‐on technical mindset, strong leadership, and a passion for continuous improvement and innovation. Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and project timelines. Design, develop, and deploy custom software solutions for MES, ERP, and office systems. Maintain and enhance manufacturing software to support production efficiency and reliability. Integrate software with PLC systems, IoT devices, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure). Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve software‐related issues. Conduct code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure software quality. Align software development with business goals and compliance standards. Other Responsibilities Provide training and support to end users on software tools. Participate in global collaboration projects with teams in Japan and other countries. Skills and Competencies Profile Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in software development. Technical Skills: Proficiency in VB.Net, C++, C#, PHP, Java, Python, ASP. Experience with SQL, Oracle, Azure, and API development. Familiarity with MES and ERP systems. Soft Skills: Strong leadership and problem‐solving abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
