You are invited to join our team in Kharghar as a Data Analyst. We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual who is detail-oriented and excited to kickstart their career in data analysis.As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to derive actionable insights. You will also be involved in creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to aid in decision-making processes. Additionally, you will support Directors and CXO with data-driven projects and utilize tools like Excel to enhance data analysis.To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. You should have advanced knowledge of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and other relevant formulas for data analysis and manipulation.Apart from technical skills, soft skills are equally crucial. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to tasks are highly valued qualities in this role.This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
