About the Team
Our team is responsible for formulating internal compliance strategy, establishing clear policies, strengthening internal control, ensuring appropriate enforcement, and raising compliance awareness across LIVE's teams.
Job Description

  • Review and assess internal and external feedback or open source, identifying potential integrity or internal compliance cases based on established indicators and risk factors.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple global investigations from start to close.
  • Conduct and lead internal investigations of alleged or suspected violations of the company’s ethical standards or non-compliance with applicable laws, regulations, or company policy.
  • Conduct appropriate and effective root cause analysis of non-compliances and suggest accurate actions in the control environment to minimize re-occurrence.
  • Prepare clear, comprehensive, and cohesive compliance observation reports in a timely manner.
  • Leverage a variety of proactive monitoring strategies to profile potential fraud and guide investigations toward the highly risky area.
  • Conduct training related to our Code of Conduct and other risk areas.
  • Coordinate follow-up investigations with functional parties, including internal regulatory and enforcement.
  • Partner with Product, Data Analyst, and Data Science Teams to lead or contribute to large scale strategic projects as well as solve ongoing integrity problems at scale.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in conducting investigations or in a similar role.
  • Experience producing high-quality reports and proficiency in data analysis.
  • Understanding of fraud risk management and familiarity with AML.
  • Utilize open source intelligence techniques to gather and analyze information from publicly available sources.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the livestreaming industry or app operation concepts.
  • Natural affinity for fraud-related analysis and investigation.
  • A demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment.
