Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the college. Supervise and support the faculty and staff. Ensure relevant curriculum content and regular assessment of the educational quality. Ensure high quality teachers are recruited for the college. Organize programmes to assist and orientate new teachers and students. Build and manage positive relationships with parents, guardians, and the community. Management of student affairs, including strategic planning for student recruitment and placement, scholarship matters, as well as administration of student programmes. Develop and manage the annual budget for the college Ensure efficient use of resources and financial sustainability for the college. Requirements Postgraduate degree in the relevant field. NIE-trained and has held similar position in government secondary schools or colleges. Familiarity with ‘O’ and ‘A’ level programmes is a definite advantage. Excellent people and leadership skills. Passion for educating and interacting with youth. A dynamic and highly driven individual with strong communication and analytical skills.
