Overview
As the Sales Advisor, you are the friendly face that greets customers and embodies the heart of our brand. You will provide high-level service at every touchpoint, from initiating conversations to assisting at the cash desk, fitting rooms, and throughout the shop floor. You’ll also contribute to processing deliveries, replenishing stock, and merchandising the latest garments on the shop floor.
Responsibilities
Provide welcoming, proactive service to customers and guide them through their shopping journey.
Engage customers, offer genuine assistance, and collaborate with the team to create moments that matter.
Assist at the cash desk, fitting rooms, and on the shop floor as needed.
Process deliveries, replenish stock, and merchandise products to maintain an appealing store presentation.
Qualifications
