Responsibilities Provide support to senior leadership (Managing Director and Technical Director) in operational areas including: Administrative Assistance for Funding Applications and Grants: Help develop budgets, staff proposals, verify and submit reimbursement requests, and provide data for reports. Oversee Procurement of Technical Equipment: Support procurement activities from requisitions to delivery and invoicing, coordinating with NTUitive and NTU. Develop and Maintain Collaterals: Update brochures, websites, and external presentations, collaborating with external contractors if needed. Organize Outreach Activities: Serve as the contact for external seminars, exhibitions, and related activities. Coordinate with NTUitive, NTU, and Collaborators: Work with finance, HR, procurement, and outreach functions on budgets, hiring, purchasing, and joint projects. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Finance, Management, or Administrative skills (preferred). Proven project coordination and budget management skills. 2+ years of experience in a similar role (preferred). Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to interact with stakeholders across academia, research, and industry. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Team player with integrity and accountability.
