Responsibilities
- Provide support to senior leadership (Managing Director and Technical Director) in operational areas including:
- Administrative Assistance for Funding Applications and Grants: Help develop budgets, staff proposals, verify and submit reimbursement requests, and provide data for reports.
- Oversee Procurement of Technical Equipment: Support procurement activities from requisitions to delivery and invoicing, coordinating with NTUitive and NTU.
- Develop and Maintain Collaterals: Update brochures, websites, and external presentations, collaborating with external contractors if needed.
- Organize Outreach Activities: Serve as the contact for external seminars, exhibitions, and related activities.
- Coordinate with NTUitive, NTU, and Collaborators: Work with finance, HR, procurement, and outreach functions on budgets, hiring, purchasing, and joint projects.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Management, or Administrative skills (preferred).
- Proven project coordination and budget management skills.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to interact with stakeholders across academia, research, and industry.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Team player with integrity and accountability.
