Role Description:
Oversee the architectural aspects of design development and production. Coordinate with clients, engineers, designers, technical staff, and consultants to ensure smooth design and budget management, meeting project goals.
Responsibilities:
Willing to work in Singapore
Prepare technical architectural and construction drawings, presentations, and tender documents
Manage authorities and architectural/budgetary aspects of projects
Participate in all project phases: design development, construction documents, production, cost control, and material sourcing
Attend client, consultant, and site meetings
Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, and key roles
Supervise and guide architectural interns
Perform other duties as assigned
Desired Competencies:
Creative design skills, good communication, active participation in design development, strategic planning, and cost management
Ability to supervise sites, manage ongoing projects, coordinate roles, and ensure projects stay within budget
3-5 years of relevant experience preferred; candidates with experience in carpentry, construction, interior design are welcome
Proficiency in producing 2D drawings, 3D images, CAD, and rendering
Experience with authorities' submissions and tender document preparation
Professional engagement and liaison with clients and consultants
Job Requirements:
Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
