Establish and scale cross-market project governance, harmonizing execution standards across Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia. Lead high-stakes stakeholder orchestration, including Finance, Tax, Risk, Legal, and external partners (e.g., banks, regulators, JV entities). Spearhead business case development and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making and capital prioritization. Design and optimize agile PMO operating models, embedding automation, risk controls, and OKR-based performance tracking. Proactively manage regulatory deliverables (e.g., licensing, compliance, tax optimization), coordinating technical and operational workstreams. Oversee post-launch reviews, ensuring continuous improvement through structured retrospectives and risk-adjusted delivery metrics. Mentor and elevate project managers, embedding strategic thinking, financial literacy, and execution discipline across the PMO. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related fields. 5–8 years of experience leading complex, cross-border fintech projects; BNPL, credit cards, or digital lending background preferred. Strong command of financial concepts and regulatory risk, with hands-on experience in budget control, tax/legal project scoping, or financial modeling. Proven track record working with C-level stakeholders, translating strategy into executable roadmaps. Professional certifications preferred: PMP or PRINCE2 (for structured delivery), Scrum (for agile scaling), CFA Level I or above (for financial fluency).
