The role of a Marketing Business Strategist involves the creation and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth. This includes developing and executing campaigns, building brand awareness, and driving customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
  • Brand management, including top-line and bottom-line optimization
  • Planning and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Development of campaign collaterals and in-store POS materials
  • Development of print and digital ads
  • Planning and organizing brand and product events
  • Driving new product launches and existing product improvements
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or related discipline
  • Resourceful, meticulous, with good project management skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, team player, able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Independent problem solver, able to work under pressure and tight timelines
  • Proficiency in Mandarin for copywriting
