As a skilled Coffee Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and serve coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, teas, and smoothies, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain and operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment with precision and safety.
  • Customize drinks according to customers' preferences and dietary requirements, ensuring a personalized experience.
  • Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide menu recommendations with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace, including countertops, machines, and seating areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Process cash transactions accurately using the POS system, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Manage inventory levels and restock supplies as needed, optimizing efficiency and reducing waste.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and efficient work environment, promoting teamwork and camaraderie.

Requirements & Skills

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role or as a barista is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operation is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor, combined with a passion for customer service, is necessary to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is crucial.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing are necessary.
  • An attention to detail and commitment to quality in beverage preparation are essential to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.
