Job Description: A PhD in Physics, or a related discipline (8+ years relevant experience) or equivalent senior-level experience. Deep knowledge of radiation sources, spectroscopy, or reader devices. Experience leading cross-functional, international project teams in complex environments . Proven track record of commercializing new technologies or applications. Industrial manufacturing experience. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills — you can explain complex science in simple terms.
