Description Responsibilities: Oversee daily clinic operations ensuring alignment with service standards and operational requirements. Manage clinical workflow to enhance the quality of patient care. Registration of patients, dispensing of medication and collection of payments. Handle appointment bookings and inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Ordering of medications, consumables. Conduct regular inventory checks, manage stock levels, place order as needed. Submit government and insurance claims. Maintain overall facility management of the clinic, including cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Requirements: Higher NITEC or Diploma in relevant disciplines (healthcare) with 2-4 years of clinic operation. Prior experience working in a GP clinic is a must. Experience in new GP clinic set up will be a plus. Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements. Possess strong people management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
