Based in Singapore with exciting travel opportunities throughout Asia, you will work with marketing, sales, and executive teams to ensure every narrative radiates modern luxury and delivers real commercial impact. Your role is to elevate how a world-class luxury brand is perceived across Asia. You will collaborate with marketing colleagues to turn technical brilliance into stories that captivate media professionals and discerning clients. You will lead headline-grabbing product launches, crafting experiences that generate brand recognition and focus on lifestyle. By nurturing strong connections with internal and external stakeholders, including retailers, you will ensure a unified message across channels. You will track campaign effectiveness using advanced tools and proactively manage reputational risks. This is your opportunity to immerse yourself in a fast-evolving sector where your expertise in public relations can directly accelerate commercial success. Key duties Design and roll out an integrated public relations strategy for the Asia region that secures consistent tier-1 media coverage across national news, luxury lifestyle, automotive, and technology outlets. Drive an executive visibility programme by creating thought leadership content, providing spokesperson media training, ghostwriting for senior executives, and amplifying their profiles through strategic social media initiatives. Lead the orchestration of high-impact product launches including press drives and immersive storytelling experiences tailored to diverse target audiences. Build trusted relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals by delivering discreet press experiences and private client briefings that prioritise trust, privacy, and unforgettable engagement. Stay ahead of emerging issues by managing rapid-response communications—developing crisis playbooks in close partnership with legal teams to safeguard brand reputation. Implement robust measurement frameworks to track earned media reach, message pull-through, sentiment analysis, organic search uplift, and conversion metrics alongside sales analytics teams. Empower distributor and retailer networks by providing on-brand PR tools such as press kits, messaging playbooks, media training sessions—and ensuring compliance standards are upheld across all local market activities. Oversee external PR agencies and partners by setting clear objectives, service-level agreements (SLAs), KPIs—and optimising regional PR budgets for maximum return on investment. Harness advanced digital tools including AI-driven monitoring platforms and Microsoft 365 Copilot to streamline content creation, research processes, reporting workflows—and integrate data insights into PR planning. Maintain unwavering adherence to brand guidelines in all communications activities while ensuring compliance with advertising standards and regulatory requirements throughout the region. What you bring To thrive in this role you should have senior-level experience fostering trusted relationships and leading complex campaigns for premium brands, ideally within automotive. Your skills should cover narrative development through crisis management to analytics-driven decision making, with comfort using digital tools to improve efficiency while keeping commercial goals in mind. Display integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information or high-profile clients. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), media monitoring platforms, or digital asset management libraries. Additional language skills, particularly Mandarin, are advantageous for engaging with stakeholders in Mandarin-speaking markets.
