Senior Associate / Assistant Manager, Market Development As part of the Market Development team, you will be involved in market development efforts to grow Changi's aviation business, enhancing our competitiveness and attractiveness as the air hub of choice in the region. The team works closely with airlines, industry trade partners and relevant stakeholders to strengthen Changi's passenger traffic and air connectivity through new service launches or expand existing ones, as well as various initiatives to increase passenger traffic to and through the airport. Specifically, you will be assigned a portfolio of airlines from the Southwest Pacific region, including Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. In this role you are expected to engage and collaborate closely with them to grow the Changi air hub, as well as identify and attract new airlines in the process. You may also be involved in engagements with government agencies to promote traffic and connectivity growth at Changi. To do these, you will perform traffic analysis, prepare and present business cases to airlines, as well as keep abreast of emerging market trends and developments, and analyse the implications on Changi's air hub growth. You will also work with like-minded partners in the aviation industry such as the airlines, travel trade and the national tourism organisations (NTOs) to roll out joint campaigns to promote Changi Airport as the preferred
