Your responsibilities include: Safely operate the delivery vehicle and follow all traffic, loading, and unloading safety protocols. Communicate promptly with management regarding any route or schedule updates. Work closely with dispatchers, fellow drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient operations. Provide customers with timely phone updates, especially if there are changes to estimated arrival times. Meet daily delivery targets while ensuring goods are handled with care. Conduct basic routine checks to maintain the vehicle in good working condition. Perform loading and unloading duties efficiently and safely. Obtain customer signatures upon successful delivery. Take responsibility for fines or incidents arising from non-compliance with standard driving regulations. Manage 20 to 25 drop-off points daily , mainly within nearby zones using a 14-foot chilled lorry . Operate from our warehouse loading areas located in both East and West regions.
