Group Finance Manager

Overview Our client is an energy conglomerate with strong international presence. They are seeking a driven and capable Group Finance Manager to join their finance leadership team. Responsibilities Lead Group-level consolidation, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting across multiple entities. Oversee cash flow reporting and management, providing insights to support business decision-making. Drive regional tax planning initiatives and work closely with external tax agents to ensure effective compliance and optimisation across jurisdictions. Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Champion continuous improvement in finance processes, systems, and controls across the region. Qualifications Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent preferred. At least 8 years of relevant experience, ideally gained from a combination of Big 4 audit and in-house finance roles at regional or group level. Candidates currently at Manager level in Big 4 firms are also welcome to apply. Proven track record in group consolidation and reporting, tax and cash flow management. Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence across senior levels. Driven, resourceful, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
