Job Summary The Patient Service Associate (PSA) will serve as a point of contact who assists Community Nurses and Senior Care Coordinator Associates (SCCAs) / Care Coordinator Associates (CCAs) to answer calls and attend general enquiries from SingHealth residents and patients. He/she will manage registration, appointment scheduling, referrals, and billing to ensure smooth consultation with the SingHealth HSG team. Additionally, he/she will support the team in administrative and secretariat duties such as referral management, data collection and management, report collation, and arrangement of multidisciplinary team sessions. Job Requirements NITEC/GCE N/O/A Levels with 2 years of experience Diploma holders (preferably healthcare related) with 0 years of experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Good organising and coordinating skills Fully vaccinated against COVID-19Employment type : Contract Seniority level : Entry level #J-18808-Ljbffr
