About the Team
The Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes. As a new form of content, Livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It also serves as a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; it provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a new infrastructure for expanding ecological boundaries.
Responsibilities:
Develop and refine livestream monetization policies: Draft clear, concise, and effective policies and procedures for Tik Tok LIVE, considering the needs of users, creators, and the Tik Tok brand.
Maintain policy documentation: Ensure all livestream monetization policies are up-to-date and easily accessible to internal teams and stakeholders.
Conduct policy research and analysis: Stay informed about industry best practices, legal and regulatory developments, and emerging trends in livestreaming and online content moderation.
Analyze data to identify risks: Utilize data analysis skills to proactively identify and mitigate potential content risks associated with Tik Tok LIVE monetization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with teams such as Legal, Product, and Operations to ensure alignment and effective policy implementation.
Monitor policy effectiveness: Track key performance indicators and gather feedback to evaluate the impact of LIVE policies and make recommendations for improvement.
Support policy training and implementation: Collaborate with training teams to develop and deliver effective training materials for content reviewers on livestream monetization policies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 5 years of relevant work experience.
Sensitivity to content and culture, familiarity with the political and cultural environment, and a solid understanding of Internet development and regulatory trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and ideas to diverse audiences.
Problem-solving and critical thinking: Ability to identify policy challenges and develop creative and practical solutions. Ability to produce accurate and well-organized work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Result-oriented and self-driven individual.
Excellent cross-team communication and coordination abilities, with strong project management skills.
Passion for the Livestream industry, familiarity with industry norms, and high sensitivity to global hot events.
