Role Overview We are looking for an energetic and passionate Supervisor to join the team. As part of the leadership crew, you'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, deliver top-tier guest experiences, and help uphold the lively, welcoming spirit that defines the brand. You'll lead by example, supporting the team, maintaining service excellence, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily floor and bar operations, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction. Supervise, train, and motivate service staff to deliver friendly and consistent hospitality. Ensure proper setup and cleanliness of dining and bar areas in line with brand standards. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly with professionalism and empathy. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate food & beverage service. Support management in scheduling, inventory checks, and opening/closing duties. Uphold hygiene, safety, and operational standards as per company and regulatory requirements. Assist management in menu updates, promotions, and special events. Foster a positive team environment and uphold brand culture. Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in an izakaya, omakase, or bar concept. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent customer service mindset and a hands-on attitude. Able to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required. Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sake, or spirits is a strong advantage.
