We Are Seeking: SAP FICO Solution Architect
This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll lead SAP FICO solutioning across multiple business units. You'll work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to deliver robust, compliant, and scalable financial systems.
This role sits within a dynamic, cross-functional environment and plays a key part in aligning SAP delivery with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead governance of SAP solutions across project phases: requirements, design, implementation, and documentation
Oversee SAP integration with surrounding applications to ensure stability and compatibility
Maintain and enrich SAP knowledge base and template solutions
Provide functional and technical support for live systems
Collaborate with business users, PMO, and CoE teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
Identify gaps and drive process standardization and optimization across teams
Requirements
Experience & Leadership
Minimum 5-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO
Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to manage complex issues and communicate effectively across teams
Functional Expertise
Background in Accounting or Finance
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP ECC or SAP HANA
Familiarity with SAP governance and compliance frameworks
Mindset & Soft Skills
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented
Strong analytical and communication skills
Comfortable working in a multicultural, regional environment
