We are seeking skilled Data Center Technicians to join our team in supporting the daily operations and maintenance of our state‐of‐the‐art data centre facilities. Reporting to the Data Center Operation Lead, you will play a hands‐on role in monitoring systems, responding to alerts, and ensuring continuous uptime. Responsibilities Perform monitoring and management of data centre infrastructure, environment, and facilities. Identify and respond to system alerts, escalating incidents as needed. Conduct incident management and coordinate with vendors/contractors. Assist with service desk operations and internal team liaisons. Support disaster recovery planning and execution activities. Maintain accurate documentation of building records, licences, permits, etc. Adhere to operational procedures, processes and service level agreements. Identify and report any operational gaps or issues. Prepare data centre and service desk reports as required. Requirements Diploma in Computer Science or related field. Data Center certification (e.g., Certified Data Center Professional). Minimum 3 years of data centre operations/facilities monitoring experience. Familiarity with CRAC, fire suppression, water detection, UPS systems. Knowledge of service desk operations and incident management. Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) systems. Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem‐solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
