As a Recruitment Consultant/Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will start by focusing on 180-degree recruitment , supporting senior consultants in sourcing and screening candidates. As you gain experience and confidence in the market, this role will transition into a full 360-degree recruitment role , giving you ownership of end-to-end recruitment including business development, client engagement, and candidate management. You will be trained and mentored by some of the most experienced leaders in the recruitment industry. Based on your interests and background, you will have the opportunity to choose your specialist area or patch , such as Technology, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Operations, or other domains.
