Role:
This is a full-time, onsite, Receptionist cum Admin Assistant Role in MOE Primary School. If you are selected,
You will work closely with VP and the AMs /AE and School Leaders(SLs) in an MOE Primary School (nearest LRT- Fernvale ) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:
Customer Service at the front desk which includes :
❖ Answer phone calls promptly and courteously
❖ Attend to phone and walk-in inquiries
❖ Apply Customer Service etiquette such as showing empathy, listen actively,
communicate in a friendly manner
Caring for students :
❖ Attend to students in the sickbay
❖ Administer First Aid when required
❖ Contact parents when required
❖ Co-ordinate early dismissal of students
Assist in admin duties
❖ Data Entry
❖ Receive goods delivered and coordinate with the ordering person
❖ Assist GO staff with school events
❖ Any other duties assigned by the school
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
• ESS Career Readiness Certificate (operations) or ESS Workplace Literacy and
numeracy (WPLN) Level 5 Experience:
• Shall have at least 3 years of experience in administrative duties
• Prior Experience working in school environment will be an added advantage
Skills :
• Bilingual preferred
• Ability to speak and understand additional languages.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office

Summary:
Contract Period: From 2 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026
Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 7am to 4.15pm, inclusive of 45min lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
