Overview
Regulatory Reporting Senior Analyst, AVP (Hybrid) based in Singapore. The role is a senior analyst within the Controllers Organization, reporting to Country Controllers. You will support the preparation, analysis and submission of regulatory reports to local regulators based on applicable requirements and local rules.
Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to local regulators
Oversee the preparation of regulatory reports in compliance with Singaporean banking regulations
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including handling regulatory queries, and coordinating with internal and external auditors
Implement and maintain internal controls over financial reporting
Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management
Ensure integrity of financial information and adherence to accounting standards
Assess risk in business decisions, uphold Citi's reputation and assets, escalate and report control issues with transparency
Experience and Qualifications
5+ years of extensive experience within financial services and regulatory reporting
Ability to navigate a large organization, streamline information, and create repeatable processes
Strong oral and written communication, ability to synthesize complex concepts and influence change
Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to resolve discrepancies
Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment and work well in a team
Experience managing large tasks in complex environments
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
