Overview Our client, a rapidly expanding, market-leading organization in managing critical infrastructure and client assets across multiple geographies. With plans to drive operational excellence, we are looking for a Finance Systems Lead to join and lead this project while managing finance responsibilities. You will be the crucial link, ensuring smooth operation, integration, and enhancement of systems to optimize all finance-related technology platforms, to support their core business processes, compliance, and reporting needs. Responsibilities Drive the technological foundation of finance operations and serve as the principal liaison between IT and Finance, translating complex financial business needs into robust system solutions. Lead the end-to-end management of finance systems and develop a clear roadmap for future enhancements; oversee continuous optimization and integration with other enterprise platforms like CRM or HRIS. Spearhead finance-related IT projects, manage vendor relationships, and ensure high standards of data integrity, security, and accuracy across all platforms to maintain audit readiness and compliance. Qualifications Degree in Finance/Accounting, or related field with professional accreditation Relevant years of experience managing IT systems, specifically with a concentration on financial platforms Functional knowledge of financial business processes (e.g., Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Financial Planning & Analysis) Demonstrated history of successfully managing complex system implementations and upgrades with skills in project governance and execution Ability to analyze complex issues and deliver effective solutions Capacity to clearly articulate information to both highly technical teams and non-technical business partners Resilience to effectively prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced environment Professional certifications (e.g., in major financial systems like Oracle Financials or project management like PMP) are highly desirable How to apply To apply online please use the \'apply\' function, alternatively you may contact Dylan directly at .
