Resident Technical Officer, Infrastructure

Responsibilities
Implement and maintain the site supervision quality & safety assurance system.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure contractor compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage site documentation including ongoing works, meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, and as-built submissions.
Assist on-site to ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
Coordinate with Consultant's PM/SOR to verify work progress and claims.
Collaborate with engineers, authorities, and contractors for planning, supervision, and project handover, ensuring timely completion.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in C&S Engineering with valid RTO certificate from IES, Singapore.
3-5 years' site experience as RTO in Singapore for Civil Engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of authorities and client construction requirements and regulations.
