Job Description Strategic Leadership - Develop and lead regional process innovation strategy aligned with company and HQ objectives. - Establish an efficient and scalable operating environment to support business expansion and operational excellence. Business Process Improvement -Oversee design and implementation of new operating models, process workflows, and system enhancements. - Collaborate with HQ PI organization on process design, automation projects, and continuous improvement frameworks. Project Management -Lead and monitor regional improvement projects from planning to execution, ensuring successful implementation and sustainability. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among operations, IT, and business teams to achieve project milestones. Operational Excellence & Risk Management -Continuously review and optimize warehouse and transport operations for efficiency and cost competitiveness. - Identify and eliminate operational risks through data-driven analysis and process control mechanisms. Performance Management -Drive performance monitoring through KPIs, cost analysis, and productivity reviews. - Provide leadership guidance and performance insights to regional PI teams and local management. People & Change Leadership -Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. - Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes across countries and sites. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in Process Innovation, Operations Excellence, or Business Transformation within logistics, warehouse, or transportation sectors. Proven track record in leading regional or cross-border PI projects. Experience in collaborating with global teams and managing regional stakeholders. Strong analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making skills. Excellent leadership and communication abilities to drive alignment across teams. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with process automation and performance tools. Fluent in written and spoken English.
