About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Cloud Infrastructure Platform and Solutions (CIPS) Research Team. Our CIPS Research team is focussed on developing future technology systems to support growth in the rapidly evolving data center industry. The successful candidate will be directly involved in early-stage research projects, working with academic institutions, suppliers, customers, and partners to deliver proof of concept designs. Key Responsibilities Monitor market trends and research to identify breakthrough opportunities in power architectures and converter topologies for data centers. Drive technical excellence across design, modelling, simulation, prototyping and performance testing of new power conversion topologies, control schemes and components. Oversee critical design reviews and own technical project direction. Represent the company as a subject matter expert when engaging with suppliers, customers, and partners.
