Knowledge of Basic Accounts and Administrative DutiesAdmin/Accounts Responsibilities:
Invoice data entry
Preparation of payments
Check payment status
Incoming records data entry
Salary payment to temp workers - tracking and verifying working days
Salary payment to full-time workers
Monthly updates to finance report (e.g., sales, progress payments collected)
Track progress payments of individual projects
Verify P&L for individual projects for commission payments
Input data into Xero
Liase with external accountant every quarter for GST and tax submissions
Track total sales for non-GST company
Internal invoice billing
External invoice billing
Check on current WSG
CPF paymentHR Responsibilities:
Apply for work permits
Track insurance WP expiry and renewal
Manage employment contracts
Track increments
Leave entitlement tracking
Check on government grants
