Cck Family Clinic Pte. Ltd. – Choa Chu Kang CCK Family Clinic Pte. Ltd. is seeking a part-time Clinic Assistant to join our team in the Choa Chu Kang Central West Region. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our medical facility and ensuring a positive experience for our patients. What you'll be doing Greet and welcome patients, offering assistance and directing them to the appropriate areas Assist with patient registration, appointment scheduling, and record-keeping Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are stocked with necessary supplies Provide basic administrative support, such as answering phone calls and handling enquiries Maintain a clean and organised clinic environment, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols Support the medical team as required, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow What we're looking for Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with basic medical terminology and procedures (desirable)Proficient in using computer systems and office equipment A team player with a positive attitude and the willingness to learn What we offer At CCK Family Clinic, we are committed to the wellbeing and development of our employees.
