Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Lead workshops with business stakeholders to understand processes and identify improvement opportunities. Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics (D365 / Dynamics CRM / Dynamics F&O as applicable). Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful solution design and delivery. Support data migration, system integration, UAT, and go-live activities. Produce BRDs, FSDs, process maps, user stories, and test cases. Act as the liaison between business users and development teams. Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations. Required Skills & Experience 4+ years' experience as a Business Analyst. Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, Sales, Customer Service, Finance & Operations or Business Central). Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes. Experience with integrations (APIs, ERP, SAP, third-party systems). Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile / hybrid delivery environments
