Overview
Clinical Application Specialist - Ultrasound at Siemens Healthineers. Join a global leader in medical technology, delivering ultrasound solutions and training to customers in Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical support, product demos and application training for the complete range of Siemens Healthineers Ultrasound products to new and existing customers.
Offer clinical, marketing, training, and technical sales support to the Singapore / Malaysia / Brunei team.
Promote the product range to the market and conduct comprehensive ultrasound application training independently for staff at all levels and environments.
Perform system troubleshooting, image quality assessment, and workflow optimization together with customers.
Engage customers in consultative discussions on relevant research projects as required.
Deliver product presentations and on-site demos for workshops, conferences, site visits, pre-sales events, tender clarifications, and updates.
Support and conduct training initiatives, including educational and clinical workshops for local and regional Siemens Healthineers teams and customers.
Assist and advise the sales team on system configuration for tender submissions and clarifications.
Develop expertise in competitive product comparisons and our unique selling points.
Build key reference sites in Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei for site visits and image sharing.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with key clinical users.
Your Expertise
A qualified radiographer with at least 8+ years of working experience in Ultrasound in a private or public hospital.
Experience with a wide range of general ultrasound procedures including breast, abdominal, vascular, and obstetrics/gynecology.
Knowledge or experience in Cardiac Ultrasound is optional but advantageous.
Knowledge or experience in other imaging modalities (e.g., X-ray, Mobile, Fluoroscopy, Angiography, CT, MRI) is an advantage.
Previous knowledge or training on Siemens ultrasound equipment and applications is an advantage.
Existing Singapore Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC) registration, or valid qualifications for registration, is an advantage.
