Nightclub Manager

Title: Club Manager Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time Availability: Evenings, weekends, public holidays (as per operational needs)The Nightclub Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of BTC Bollywood while driving strategic initiatives to grow the club's reputation, profitability, and member engagement. The role requires strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of Singapore's premium nightlife and hospitality landscape. The Club Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the dance club, archive sales target, ensuring smooth service, exceptional guest experiences, and efficient management of staff and resources. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills to maintain a safe, profitable, and vibrant nightlife venue. Strategic & Business Development Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, increase footfall, and enhance brand visibility. Work closely with founders on sales forecasting, pricing strategies, and new business initiatives. Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities with liquor brands, corporate entities, and luxury brands. Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and market data to support informed decision-making. VVIP & Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with VVIP guests, corporate members, and key clients. Oversee personalized guest experiences for high-value patrons and ensure exceptional service standards. Manage the guest list for exclusive events and coordinate bespoke experiences for finance and banking professionals. Branding & Marketing Collaborate with marketing partners to develop and execute high-impact campaigns and events. Ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints — physical space, service, and digital media. Curate theme nights, collaborations, and promotional events aligned with the club's luxury positioning. Operations & Compliance Oversee day-to-day club operations, staffing, and guest experience. Ensure full compliance with Singapore's nightlife, liquor licensing, and employment regulations. Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safety, security, and service excellence. Manage vendor contracts, supplier relationships, and inventory control. Sales & Financial Performance Drive beverage sales and implement revenue-boosting strategies (VIP tables, bottle packages, memberships). Track and manage budgets, expenses, and profitability targets. Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management review. Team Leadership Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver high standards of service and professionalism. Foster a positive, disciplined, and performance-oriented work culture. Conduct regular briefings and coaching sessions for service and bar teams. Key Requirements Minimum 10 –12years of experience in nightlife, hospitality, or F&B management — preferably with premium or members‐only venues. Strong network within Singapore's nightlife, entertainment, and finance circles is an advantage. Proven track record in sales growth, brand building, and VVIP relationship management . Excellent knowledge of liquor licensing, nightlife regulations , and operational compliance in Singapore. Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Dynamic, polished, and capable of managing high‐pressure, high‐profile environments.
