Be part of our vision The Group Branding & Communications Team in CDG supports the Group in both its external and internal communications. This team plays a critical role in shaping our brand, protecting our reputation, and ensuring that our narrative is effectively communicated to our stakeholders. We are currently looking for a Content & Communications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the Group and Business Units to conceptualise, design, and execute content marketing experiences both online and offline, shaping perceptions about our brand internally and externally. Reporting to the AVP, Group Branding & Communications, this role will play a pivotal role in driving our content strategy forward. Responsibilities Create compelling and engaging content – including long-form articles and multimedia content such as videos and infographics, to position the Group as an industry leader and employer of choice. Manage all stages of content creation, from research and production to publishing, ensuring each piece incorporates powerful storytelling techniques. Content planning and editorial calendar management, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content that resonates with our target audiences. Collaborate with and understand the goals and messages of key stakeholders and deliver them to the intended target audiences. Monitor and analyse content performance using relevant metrics and tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Manage brand and corporate identity requirements within the team and communications stakeholders globally. Requirements Degree in Communications or related field. Minimum 3 - 5 years of related experience in a regional or global role. Well-versed in digital media production with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and publishing content online. Passionate about storytelling with strong writing and editing experience. Independent, results-driven, meticulous, and able to lead and deliver under tight deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
