QAQC Engineer

Responsibilities: Plan inspection programs and adhere to quality control requirements. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO quality management system requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. Perform daily track inspections with clients and the construction team. Develop and deliver training programs on ISO quality management system. Review materials for any physical damage and ensure there is proper traceability to FATs (Factory Acceptance Test)Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. Coordinate with LTA, SMRT, and supplier to carry out material inspection Prepare daily submission of reports and rejection reports. Ensured all equipment and tools used are calibrated regularly Prepared concrete-related reports for submission to LTA Inspected concrete sleepers laying and also checked if there is any hogging or sagging in the sleepers Trained supervisors to carry out NDT tests on rail welds and closely monitor the test results Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering roles with ISO standards. Strong knowledge of ISO quality management systems and associated standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18000). Experience in railway projects is highly desirable.
