The analyst will have exposure to various valuation projects such as business & intangible asset valuation, impairment assessment, financial instrument valuation, and will have direct client interaction in managing business valuation assignments and opportunity to travel overseas for site visits. Responsibilities Perform independent valuation for businesses, intellectual property, financial instruments for mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, financial reporting and restructuring. Assist in market and industry research, construct and analyse financial models, develop financial models and draft reports. Assist in pitching for new projects, including preparation and presentation of proposals, engagement letters, marketing materials and technical documents. Coordinate with client, auditor and other professionals and provide support in relation to valuation projects. Undertake site visits to understand the business operations where required. Assist in client sourcing, deal sourcing and preparation of marketing materials. Work on cross‐border assignments within the region from Singapore or Kuala Lumpur office.
