Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Baking Assistant to support our kitchen team in preparing and packaging high-quality baked goods for our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Bake preparation including measuring, mixing, portioning, and shaping of ingredients.
  • Operate baking equipment and ovens safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure the consistency and quality of baked items by adhering to recipes and procedures.
  • Packaging, labeling, and preparing baked goods for delivery to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Support with inventory management and ingredient preparation tasks.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous baking or kitchen experience is preferred but not essential (home bakers welcome).
  • Fundamental knowledge of baking techniques and equipment is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team with flexibility in scheduling.
  • Food Hygiene Certification is mandatory.
