The ideal candidate will possess strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to script and storyboard content using Large Language Models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create AI-generated training and explainer videos that meet instructional goals and tone of voice requirements.
  • Write or refine scripts using LLMs, with attention to clarity and effectiveness.
  • Apply microlearning principles to structure content into short, goal-oriented segments.
  • Collaborate with teams to storyboard or sequence content for learning journeys.
  • Ensure content aligns with MOE's learning objectives, tone of voice, and style guide.
  • Organize and maintain a growing content library and production calendar.
  • Uphold data sensitivity and confidentiality in all content production and handling.
  • Stay updated with trends in generative AI, instructional design, and video content creation.

  • Familiarity with AI tools for video production.
  • Ability to script and storyboard content with a clear instructional flow.
