The Solutions team focuses on developing and leading strategic growth initiatives within key verticals across our suite of programmatic advertising products. As a Senior Analyst, you will work on projects and partnerships that improve the platform's competitiveness, execute and deliver these solutions to clients, and influence new products and features. This role will involve collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, Analytics, and Operations to shape the future of AdTech & MarTech. While the role is remote, the ideal candidate should be based in Singapore . What You\'ll Be Doing Operational Support Collaborate with the Revenue team to understand clients' goals and requirements Support the Revenue team in RFPs by recommending appropriate solutions and contributing to RFP responses Support the ongoing evangelisation, adoption and education of existing solutions to internal teams and external clients Support internal AI initiatives through the curation and maintenance of knowledge base Solutions Strategy Support Solutions Leads in evaluating revenue opportunities such as new verticals, integrations and business opportunities Conduct market and competitive landscape research and gather data to identify and interpret current trends within the adtech/martech space Utilize data analysis to inform and make strategic recommendations in areas of opportunity that drive results and maximize the company\'s growth objectives What You\'ll Bring to the Table 3+ years of full-time experience (excluding internships/part-time) in Strategy & Ops, Strategy/Business Consulting, Data Analytics, Marketing/Advertising Bachelor's degree with a proven academic record Prior experience in strategy & operations, consulting, data analytics, product, marketing, advertising, growth, and/or other relevant roles or projects Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with prior experience presenting to clients and senior stakeholders Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple ongoing initiatives, projects, tasks, and time-sensitive requests Familiarity with data analysis tools Naturally curious, eager to learn, and enjoy problem-solving Industry knowledge of DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms), programmatic advertising, and digital media (good to have)StackAdapt\'s Enjoy Highly competitive salary Retirement/ 401K/ Pension Savings globally Competitive Paid time off packages including birthdays off Access to a comprehensive mental health care platform Health benefits from day one of employment Work from home reimbursements Optional global WeWork membership for those who want a change from their home office Robust training and onboarding program Support of personal development initiatives (conferences, courses, books, etc.)Access to StackAdapt programmatic courses and certifications to support continuous learning Parental leave program A friendly, welcoming, and supportive culture Social and team events StackAdapt is a diverse and inclusive team committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive.
