Ultimate Performance (UP) is a global leading Personal Training Gym that provides 1-2-1 laser precision and highly technical training initiatives on an individual basis to clients. We design a bespoke training and nutrition plan based on goals, lifestyle, and training history from day one. You will join a world class team of PTs with a structured onboarding phase that invests in learning, development and technique to ensure you have the tools to drive results and exceed as a UP Personal Trainer. We are opening up our next intake of outstanding personal trainers to join us as opportunities arise across our teams. UP is seeking passionate Personal Trainers to support our growing female client base. The role involves working in private training environments where some clients request female trainers for personal or cultural reasons. Candidates must be dedicated to delivering high-quality, results-driven training in a respectful and client-focused manner. Hours: Full-time, including early mornings and late evenings in your first year of service.
Salary: SGD $25,200
OTE: SGD $51,400 - SGD $79,400
Advertised earnings are reflective of the advertised U.P. location’s OTEs for Junior Trainer roles in the local currency, dependent on the Junior level offered if successful.
