More About The Role
We’re seeking a Head of Engineering to lead our APAC System and Service Team based in Singapore. You will oversee the engineering team in designing and commissioning systems for S&S projects across APAC.

Responsibilities

  • Lead System Engineers in technical design, system commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and implement testing and commissioning strategies, plans, and processes.
  • Contribute to early-stage system development to incorporate testing and commissioning requirements.
  • Resolve complex issues at customer sites.
  • Deploy development plans, enhance team capabilities, and manage resources and third-party networks.
  • Validate solutions to ensure all components function correctly and support lifecycle services.
  • Monitor system performance and be accountable for performance against budget.
About You
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology/sciences, or related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in a fast-paced tech/engineering environment, with proven success in integrated and cloud solutions design, installation, and commissioning.
  • People management experience is essential.
  • Experience in developing and managing test and commissioning strategies.
  • Exposure to IoT and built environment is preferred.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Knowledge of lighting controls, sub-systems, and drawing software is advantageous.
