FIX Onboarding Support Engineer (Mid-Level)

Why this role?

  • Join a flat-structured, collaborative group reporting directly to the lead.

What you'll do:

  • Spend ~50% of your time acting as a project manager , coordinating across networking, compliance, and internal tech teams to onboard new markets.
  • Conduct UAT testing and oversee connectivity/operational readiness.
  • Contribute ~50% to daily Trade Support functions , ensuring smooth trading operations.
  • Help automate and streamline onboarding and support workflows through scripting and tooling.

What we're looking for:

  • 5-15 years' experience in trade support, onboarding, or related buyside/financial services roles.
  • Strong technical foundation : Linux environment and scripting/coding required (Python, Shell, etc.).
  • FIX protocol and connectivity knowledge is a strong plus.
  • Independent, hands-on, and capable of managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
  • Location flexible across Singapore or Hong Kong.
