FairPrice Group is seeking a dependent, results-driven and detail-oriented Delivery Support and Operational Mgr to oversee the ongoing delivery and operational stability of our front office solutions, primary pos platforms and store applications. This role is critical to ensuring the existing systems run smoothly, incidents and changes are managed effectively, and continuous improvements are implemented to strengthen platform reliability.

Job Purpose

Serving as a key member of the Delivery Governance team, this role acts as a trusted deputy supporting portfolio-level governance while driving day-to-day operational excellence, vendor management, and team development.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of delivery support activities for the POS and store platform to ensure uninterrupted service and timely resolution of issues.
  • Monitor and improve the effectiveness of current operational processes, workflows, and incident management practices.
  • Collaborate closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure compliance with service levels and delivery commitments.
  • Lead efforts to enhance platform stability and introduce improvements that reduce risk and improve operational performance.
  • Provide backup support to the Delivery Governance Lead on portfolio-level governance and reporting as needed.
  • Identify skills gaps within the delivery and support teams and coordinate upskilling or knowledge
