Overview Job Title DRAFTER AND QUANTITY SURVEYOR Occupation QUANTITY SURVEYOR Roles & Responsibilities Requests for proposals to understand project details and requirements Reviews and interprets engineering documentation such as drawings, specifications, and scope of works to fully understand project requirements for detailed and accurate estimating Provides detailed and accurate quantity and component take-offs against the technical drawings, specifications, and scope of work documentation Works within the site team, reporting to the manager Coordinates with other project team members for monthly progress claims and follows up variation works Coordinates with the project team to monitor budget Maintains company pricing databases Prepares shop drawings (2D, 3D & BIM), submits and liaises with main contractor/consultant for approval Follows up document submissions, material submissions and approvals Prepares material schedules and material cutting schedules and coordinates with production team Prepares monthly claims and invoices #J-18808-Ljbffr
