About the Role We are seeking a creative and proactive Brand & Communications Executive to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance company visibility, engage stakeholders, and support business objectives. The successful candidate will combine content creation, digital engagement, and event coordination to drive impact across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive communication and promotional initiatives to strengthen brand presence and support business goals. Create engaging materials and content, including presentations, brochures, web content, and social media posts. Manage digital engagement campaigns, including email marketing, social media outreach, and web content updates. Plan and coordinate internal and external events, such as product showcases, exhibitions, and corporate gatherings. Collaborate with internal teams to craft targeted messaging and effective communication content. Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential risks. Track initiative performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics and outcomes. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles; ITE holders with relevant experience or fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Solid understanding of digital platforms, promotional trends, and industry developments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create compelling content. Experience in corporate communications, branding, marketing materials, and event coordination. Hands-on experience managing digital campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and web content. Proficient in design and content tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CMS platforms. Positive, proactive, and ethical attitude with strong teamwork and problem-solving capabilities.
