The Transaction Manager / Assistant Manager will be responsible for proactively managing real estate transaction activities of our corporate client’s property portfolio. What You’ll Do Support clients in optimizing their real estate exposure by preparing, recommending, and implementing a portfolio-wide real estate transaction strategy. Coordinate field resources and other stakeholders in the execution of lease renewals, site acquisitions and disposals, subleasing surplus space, early lease termination and more. Commercial and financial analysis and program management. Source market data, supply & demand, drivers, and pricing information. Prepare commercial details in pre-approved Letter of Intent (LOI) and contract templates for clients. Lease administration support. What You’ll Need Excellent communication (verbal & written), presentation and negotiation skills. Proactively manage stakeholder relationships. Multi-tasking and sensitivity to cross-cultural exposures. An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. Commercial acumen. Financial analysis / modelling experience. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, Data Centre or related discipline. 5 years of experience in the real estate industry.
