Requirements Diploma in any discipline with 2 years of frontline customer service experience or GCE ‘O’ / ‘N’ Level with 7 years of frontline customer service experience. Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Experience with SAP system is advantageous. Able to work staggered hours between 6.30am and 6.30pm on weekdays.
