Roles & Responsibilities Job Description: • Establish project team, project name, number and document files • Work with main building contractor’s master schedule programmed • Check and review system design and specification for best compliance and performance • Appoint sub-contractors for different trades and establish their scope of work and liabilities • Manage and set up the allocated site office and storage • Submit shop drawings, equipment delivery schedule, materials samples to main contractor for approval by the respective consultants • Plan and monitor equipment delivery to job-site • Participate in job-site meetings, eg. Technical and nominated sub-contract (NSC) co-ordination meetings • Ensure job-site safety standards are in compliance with the relevant regulatory authorities, eg. Factory Act and BOWEC (Building Operations and Works of Engineering Construction) • Monitor, assess and evaluate the performance of sub-contractors for future job reference • Submit monthly progressive claim to main contractor for certification by consultants for
