We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented
Project Auditor
to join our
Quality Assurance Team . The
Project Auditor
will be responsible for evaluating and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of projects, processes, and performance metrics for our town councils. This role is essential in maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance across our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Audit Planning:
Develop comprehensive audit plans to review project scopes, objectives, timelines, and deliverables specific to town councils.
Process Evaluation:
Conduct thorough evaluations of project processes and methodologies to ensure adherence to established quality standards and regulatory requirements for municipal projects.
Risk Assessment:
Identify potential risks and weaknesses in projects and propose actionable recommendations for improvement.
Data Analysis:
Analyze project data and documentation to verify accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Compliance Checks:
Ensure that projects comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Reporting:
Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, conclusions, and recommendations for management.
Follow-up Audits:
Perform follow-up audits to verify that corrective actions have been implemented effectively.
Collaboration:
Work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance.
Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in project auditing, quality assurance, or a related role. Project management training or a degree in project management is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software tools.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
